Paddleboarding with Jo Moseley. Jo is 58, a single mum, WI member, writer, speaker and podcaster. Also describes herself as a beach cleaner, joy encourager and midlife adventurer.

In 2019 Jo became the first woman to paddleboard coast to coast along the 162 miles of the Leeds Liverpool canal. Her talk is based on the adventure, her preparation, and what she learnt about herself whilst picking up litter, fundraising and raising awareness about single use plastic.

Davy Major - Virtual Walks Volunteer at NY Moors National Park

The ‘Virtual Walks’ project started following lockdown to open up the outside world to those who found themselves still having to stay indoors. Davy and fellow volunteers now work with community groups to bring the National Park to people who have a shared love of the NY moors and coast but are no longer able to physically access them. Sit back while Davy takes us on one of his favourite walks.
